Lapizole Rabbit Wormer

Description

Lapizole is a palatable, oral liquid for administration to rabbits. It provides prevention and treatment of infections caused by the parasite Encephalitozoon cuniculi (E. cuniculi). E. cuniculi can cause head tilt, partial or complete paralysis, seizures and potentially death.

Studies have shown that up to 52% of pet rabbits have been exposed to the parasite. It can lie dormant until stress or other illnesses trigger signs of the disease.

Lapizole contains fenbendazole, is flavoured with aniseed and rabbits love the taste. One pack is sufficient to give a full course to an adult rabbit (up to 3.6kg).
